Duties

- Handle data entry tasks such as filing, updating records, and managing correspondence using various office software
- Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
- Support office management tasks including ordering supplies, proofreading documents, and maintaining filing systems
- Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing email correspondence, and assisting with special projects as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in front desk operations and office management with strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software
- Demonstrated clerical experience with filing, proofreading, and document management
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions and support client satisfaction
- Knowledge of bookkeeping tools such as QuickBooks and basic personal assistant experience for calendar management
