We are looking for an apprentice technician to assist our lead A/V installer/Custom Integrator. We would like someone who is knowledgeable of basic home construction and has the mindset to collaborate and learn from fellow workers. As an apprentice, you will be working closely with the Project Manager and lead technician on various projects including: prewiring for speaker systems, installing indoor & outdoor audio/video equipment, and assisting with configuring/programming media, network, surveillance & home automation systems. Through this apprenticeship, we seek to provide the opportunity for you to expand your skill set, gain experience, learn tips of the trade from certified experts and pave the way for a career.

Beginning hourly is $18/hour. After the initial 90 day probationary period, you will be evaluated and your pay rate will be adjusted according to your performance.
We do 90% retrofit "high end" installations, and 10% new construction/commercial. While we mainly specialize in custom Home Theater installations we also do: Smart Home Automation, Landscape Audio, Lighting/Shade Control, Security & Surveillance, Universal Remote Programming, Multi-Room Audio & Whole House Audio Systems, and Networking
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs or more
- Must be capable of working in attic spaces/any other "difficult to maneuver in" space
- Must have prior experience working for an Audio/Video company. Preferred skills: remote or home automation programming experience, computer/networking skills, audio calibration, surveillance &/or security training.
- Must be in good physical health to keep up with multiple installs a day that often require outdoor tasks
- Back-ground check & driving record required.
