This position is operating a local marketing business. B2B media sales including digital and print products. We have full training, so no experience is needed. This is a STABLE commission position making 70-80% of what you sell. Residuals are paid over the life of the agreements (12 month minimum), so you know the minimum to expect 12 months out.
With making 70-80% commission on what you sell, there is nothing held back from the revenue to spread across the sales field in the form of a base. This compensation structure attracts the best in the field, because they know they will be compensated based on their performance. There is no cap, and one can drive their income to whatever level they desire.
