Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dispensary Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our dispensary in Jacksonville Florida. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all state laws, lead the team effectively, manage inventory, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations ensuring compliance with Florida cannabis regulations.

Verify patient eligibility and oversee proper dispensing procedures.

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise dispensary staff.

Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reporting using METRC or similar systems.

Ensure secure cash handling, daily reconciliation, and financial accountability.

Foster a positive, patient-focused environment emphasizing education and professionalism.

Oversee safety, security, and sanitation protocols, as required by law.

Monitor product inventory and coordinate reordering with suppliers.

Work with marketing on patient education and promotional activities within legal guidelines.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of retail or dispensary management experience.

Knowledge of Florida cannabis laws and regulations.

Familiarity with METRC or similar inventory and compliance systems (training available).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening per Florida state law.

Must be 21 years or older with valid Florida identification.
