Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PCB Electrical Test Technician to join our manufacturing team at Hughes Circuits Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for creating test programs, performing flying-probe electrical testing, verifying test results, and conducting TDR impedance measurements on printed circuit boards. This position is ideal for someone interested in developing technical skills within the PCB manufacturing industry. No prior experience is required, and complete training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- ·Create and maintain electrical test programs for printed circuit boards.
- Set up and operate flying-probe electrical test equipment.
- Perform electrical testing of PCBs and verify test results against customer requirements and specifications.
- Conduct TDR (Time Domain Reflectometry) impedance measurements and document results.
- Review test data and identify potential electrical or manufacturing issues.
- Troubleshoot test failures and work with Engineering and Production teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate test records, documentation, and job information.
- Follow established testing procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to improve testing accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to read and interpret prints, travelers, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and work with technical equipment and software
- No prior PCB electrical testing experience required; complete training will be provided
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in PCB manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or electrical testing.
- Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Experience with CAM software or other manufacturing-related software.
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits, electrical testing, or PCB design.
- Experience using test equipment or interpreting electrical test data.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18-$25 an hour, based on experience

Location
- This is a Full-Time (40 hours) onsite position from Monday-Friday.
- 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm
