The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to creating an excellent patient experience by managing scheduling, communication, and front office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Process patient payments and financial transactions
- Manage and submit insurance claims accurately
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office
- Coordinate patient flow throughout the day
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care

Position Details
Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour (higher starting wage may be considered based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week
Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Eagle Lake, MN
Qualifications
- Dental office experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Curve Hero software is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team
