- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Build strong relationships through excellent customer communication
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
- Coordinate appointments and transportation needs, including loaner vehicles when applicable
- Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers throughout the day
- Ensure completed work matches the repair order and final invoice
- Clearly explain completed repairs, maintenance recommendations, and charges at vehicle delivery
- Work closely with technicians and service management to maintain workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Ford dealership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance recommendations
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn dealership software systems
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
