Assistant General Manager / Party & Event Sales Manager
Location: Altitude Trampoline Park Holyoke, MA
We're looking for a driven, people-focused leader to own our party and event business while serving as our Assistant General Manager during our busiest days.
This is a unique hybrid role that combines sales, hospitality, and operations. You'll be responsible for growing birthday party, membership and group event revenue while helping lead the day to day operation of the park Wednesday through Sunday.

What You'll Do
Party & Event Sales
- Own the party and event sales pipeline from inquiry to execution.
- Respond to all party inquiries the same day whenever possible.
- Follow up consistently with leads to maximize booking conversions.
- Book birthday parties, school groups, corporate events, fundraisers, camps, and field trips.
- Upsell party packages, food, attractions, and add-ons.
- Coordinate with vendors and staff to ensure every event is prepared for success.
Operations & Leadership
- Serve as Assistant General Manager Wednesday through Sunday.
- Lead the floor during peak business hours and help ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support, coach, and motivate team members while maintaining high service standards.
- Step in to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure the park is clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently.
Guest Experience
- Personally oversee party setup, execution, and cleanup.
- Create memorable experiences that generate repeat business.
- Encourage party hosts to leave Google reviews.
- Capture and share memorable guest moments with the marketing/social media team.
Business Development
- Build relationships with local schools, youth organizations, sports leagues, churches, camps, and businesses.
- Generate new group sales opportunities and repeat bookings.
- Help grow community partnerships throughout the year.
Inventory & Facility Support
- Monitor inventory and maintain organized stock levels.
- Submit supply orders and inventory requests to management.
- Coordinate with vendors to keep attractions, arcade games, and equipment operating properly.
- Help identify maintenance needs before they become larger issues.
Reporting & Performance
- Track bookings, sales activity, conversion rates, and event revenue.
- Keep the General Manager informed on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Help drive monthly membership sales and achieve park revenue goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, sales, events, retail management, entertainment, or customer service leadership.
- Proven ability to close sales and build lasting customer relationships.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable leading a team and making decisions independently.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Experience with email, scheduling software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Available Wednesday through Sunday, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
