PARTS COORIDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:
Guide customer through the process of outfitting their new RV for the best camping experience possible with ongoing communication and relationship building during and after the sale. Perform instructional walk through on day of delivery. Answer any questions the customer may have to maximize their camping experience. Perform daily parts counter duties such as assisting customers in retail store, ordering parts, answering phones, and assist techs. Prepare quotes for salesman to help excite customers of possibilities. Must possess a true commitment to drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and be a hardworking team player with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment.

- Some Saturday’s Required (40 hour + work week as required)
- Superior people development and communication skills.
- Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clear DMV
- Must be able to lift between 10-50 lbs on occasion
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be willing to complete/pass a criminal background investigation, credit check, and drug screen prior to hire.
- CLOSED on Sundays.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Provide customer orientation of their RV
- Suggest accessories and parts
- Sell accessories and parts to retail customers.
- Greet customers and answer phone and email inquiries.
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Communicate with Sales & Service Personnel effectively.
- Invoice and cashier sales.
- Source and order parts for customers and the service department
- Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting parts/items in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner w
- Provide price quotes and other related information to customers in person or over the phone.
- Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received.
- Maintain a clean and orderly and stocked retail sales floor.
- Merchandise product displays and planograms.
- Follow up on back-ordered items and replenishes assigned inventory daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
