About The Role
We're looking for a friendly, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in our cleaning services. You'll answer incoming calls, respond to online quote requests, explain service options, schedule appointments, and help turn inquiries into loyal recurring customers.
This is not a cold-calling position.
Instead, you'll work with people who have already expressed interest in our services and are looking for solutions for their home.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers
- Respond to online quote requests
- Explain cleaning service options and pricing
- Schedule initial cleaning appointments
- Follow up with leads that haven't booked yet
- Overcome objections professionally and confidently
- Convert one-time customers into recurring clients
- Manage schedules and customer information accurately
- Track daily lead activity and conversion numbers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction

RequirementsRequired
- Strong verbal English communication skills

- Reliable transportation to and from the office

No cleaning industry experience is required. We provide training.
Compensation
Base pay ranges from $600-$650 per week, depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.
Top performers regularly earn $800+ per week.
