Looking for a motivated apartment lead maintenance. Must have at least 2 or plus years of experience with EPA certification.
The primary responsibilities of the lead maintenance are to maintain the physical appearance of the property. Keep all aspects of maintenance of the property. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be knowledgeable of the physical condition of property and unsafe conditions
- Conduct move-out inspections within 24 hours of move-out.
- maintain and be aware of community budget
- Inspections
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
- Perform work orders
