Position Requirements:
Toddler/ Two's Teacher:
- Must have a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Experience working with infants and toddlers/two's is preferred.
- Experience in developing an age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a warm, friendly, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Create and execute lesson plans that promote learning and social interaction.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Support children in social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Maintain open and positive communication with parents and caregivers.
- Stay current on best practices, licensing and safety standards in early childhood education to enhance teaching strategies.
