*Duties and Respnsibilities:
- This position requires a complete understanding of the MDS/PPS rules and regulations as described in the RAI Manual, including PDPM/RUG, coding, CAA's, RAP's, Care Planning, Electronic submission and scheduling, etc.
- The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of the Federal and State assessment tools.
- The MDS Coordinator must provide nursing care as needed, following company policies and procedures.
- Attends meetings as assigned.
- Participates in the QA process/meetings.
- Coordinates the IDT to accomplish timely completion of the MDS/RAPs/CAA's.
- Ensures Care planning process is completed accurately and timely.
- Trains ADL documentation and monitors for completion.
- Maintains the safety and well-being of the residents.
- This position is M-F, 8am-430pm; with weekend on call rotation.

Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour
