Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to available parking spaces with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Operate valet parking services, including parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently and safely
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth traffic flow
- Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper signage visibility
- Assist customers with questions or concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Keep accurate records of cash handling activities and parking logs using retail math principles for precise tracking
Experience
- Previous experience in valet parking or dealership environment is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in a customer-focused role
- Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; experience with different vehicle types is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Basic cashiering skills with familiarity in retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of dealership or retail operations is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
