This contract role is perfect for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist ready to work with a dynamic school team starting August 27, 2026, through May 27, 2027. With a manageable caseload of 101 students and support from an SLPA, you'll deliver direct therapy and supervision in a collaborative and supportive environment. The position includes up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and offers $50 per hour.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license required
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric populations within school settings
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged—supervision provided
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and support to SLPAs and CFs
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are an absolute must
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Document session notes and progress reports as required by district guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Provide supervision for SLPA and possible support for Clinical Fellows
