The Position
A Banquet Server is responsible for the upkeep and running of our banquets and events.
With direction from a manager in charge of said scheduled events, this position will set events up, serve or attend to the members and guests, breakdown/clean up the event and anything else associated with the banquet responsibilities.
This position requires an attention to detail and hospitality in every aspect. Since this position is dependent on the banquets it does not have a consistent enough schedule for full-time hours, however it has much more flexible hours for a part-time employee.
- Note: The Kansas City Country Club is a non-tipping establishment. The role described is paid an hourly wage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 (due to hours required for some events)

- Stand for extended periods of time
- Be able to retain information with regards to your events and space(s)
- Be positive and able to converse easily with others
- You should be able to work evenings on the weekends
- You should be able to work any and all Holidays required
