We are looking for reliable and professional online English teachers who are passionate about education and enjoy helping students succeed. The ideal candidate is punctual, prepared, adaptable, and committed to creating a positive and encouraging virtual classroom environment for learners of all ages.
Position Responsibilities
- Teach engaging online English lessons based on students’ age, English level, and individual learning goals
- Encourage student participation through interactive and communicative teaching methods
- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and comprehension skills
- Provide supportive and constructive feedback to help students improve
- Adjust teaching approaches to meet different learning styles and abilities
- Create a positive, respectful, and motivating online classroom environment
- Conduct lessons ranging from 7, 15, and 25 minutes in length
- Effectively use online teaching platforms and digital resources
- Follow company curriculum guidelines and teaching standards
- Complete lesson feedback and required administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness for all scheduled classes
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Citizenship from the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection using an Ethernet cable. (NO Wi-Fi.)
- Professional headset with a quality microphone (NO earbuds)
- Valid government-issued identification (passport or driver’s license)
- Dedicated teaching space with a clean and professional background
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Ability to commit to a consistent teaching schedule
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous ESL/EFL teaching experience
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other teaching certifications
- Experience teaching children and beginner-level English learners
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Experience using online teaching platforms and educational technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Schedule Requirements
Teaching Hours (Korea Standard Time - KST):
18:00 – 24:00
Equivalent Time (Eastern Standard Time - EST):
5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Minimum commitment of 4 consecutive teaching hours per day, ALL 5 Days.
- Consistent availability during assigned teaching hours is required

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
