I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of five. Before joining State Farm, I served in the military for 20 years as a pilot and also owned another insurance agency. Our agency is built on delivering exceptional service while creating opportunities for both our customers and team members to succeed. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
