Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and change
- Strong customer service skills to provide friendly and efficient service to customers
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures
