Danny's Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a role to provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in the Detroit area. This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-care instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with home health regulations.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
- Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
