Duties
- Front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes while maintaining excellent phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems
- Guest services, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Hotel operations including reservations, room assignments, housekeeping, and laundry to maintain cleanliness standards
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
- Fostering a positive team environment
