Fox Therapy Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team in Westlake Village.
As an RBT at Fox, you'll work closely with experienced BCBAs while collaborating alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Feeding Specialists, and Myofunctional Therapists. We believe great clinical care starts with great people, and we've built a culture that values teamwork, mentorship, and continuous growth.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in clinic, home, school, and community settings
- Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other therapy disciplines to support client success
- Collect treatment data and document client progress
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical development
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
