Independent Package Delivery Driver (Southwest Houston)
Now Hiring – Full-Time & Part-Time Independent Delivery Drivers
We’re looking for dependable, motivated drivers to deliver packages in the Southwest Houston area. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer flexible scheduling and consistent routes.
Pay
- $1.40 per package delivered
- Typical routes include 100–150+ packages per day
- Weekly pay via direct deposit (after initial onboarding/payment cycle)
- Performance bonuses available for reliable drivers
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages on your assigned route
- Take clear proof-of-delivery photos using a smartphone
- Complete deliveries within the assigned delivery window
- Follow route instructions and company delivery procedures
- Maintain professional and courteous customer service
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle (SUV, minivan, cargo van, or similar recommended)
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone capable of downloading and using delivery apps
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills, as we communicate through a team group chat
Scheduling
- Full-time: 5 days per week
- Part-time: Flexible schedules available
- Routes available 7 days a week—tell us which days you’re available
