Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about rental options, rates, and policies
- Process rental agreements and collect payments
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively maintain and market rental inventory
- Strong negotiation skills to secure rental agreements
- Experience working at a front desk or in a customer service role
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Outside sales experience is a plus
