I am seeking a christian individual that is great with people, loves (and has experienced) holistic/natural healthcare, and wants to honor and worship God in all that they do!
You will be my receptionist as well as assistant around the office. This means you will greet patients with a great joy and energy when they arrive, answer the phones, check patients out and reschedule them, and help out around the office with tasks like handling patient calls and texts, ordering labs for patients, reordering supplements/supplies, cleaning, etc. My goal and aim with this practice has been to provide (1) amazing natural health care, (2) an exceptional patient experience, and (3) honor God with everything that I do! I am looking for someone that would be a joy to work along side everyday as we help many many people find freedom chemically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Hours are (ideally) 8:30am to 5/5:30pm (~28-32 hrs/week) with ~a 1 hour lunch 12:30-1:30pm, Monday - Thursday. I am looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position (2+ years ideally). :)
Responsibilities:
- Help create an amazing environment for patients and myself - being full of Joy, life, and purpose.
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient's text messages (when applicable)
- Scan labs / documents into patients profiles
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Order and restock supplement inventory
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Clean (vacuum, mop, when necessary)
Qualifications:
- Experience in a receptionist or an assistant role
- Experience with holistic health care - either as a patient or the family member of a patient
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer literacy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
