We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
- Manage office duties including directing inquiries with professional phone etiquette.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages appropriately.
- Support sales teams with data entry, order processing, and maintaining customer records using tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally using Microsoft Office.
- Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to client inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with a friendly, professional attitude.
Requirements
- Proven office management or administrative experience, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a must for communicating with diverse clients and team members.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Familiarity with landscape/hardscape materials and/or recycling/container/demolition experience a plus.
- Exceptional time management skills combined with professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service.
