Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Enrollment Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in facilitating the enrollment process for our programs, ensuring that potential participants receive the necessary information and support to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in insurance, experience in program development and project management, as well as an active Health and Life license through the state of CA. This position requires a proactive approach to outreach and engagement, as well as the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry through to program participation.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract potential participants.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote programs within the community.
- Oversee volunteer management and provide supervision for enrollment-related activities.
- Collaborate with team members on program development and marketing initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data related to enrollment trends and participant feedback.
- Utilize social media platforms for outreach and engagement with prospective participants.
- Assist in fundraising efforts to support program initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support related to addiction counseling when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective participants.
Experience
- Strong leadership skills with a background in supervising teams or volunteers.
- Experience in project management, including planning and executing programs effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies, particularly in community outreach settings.
- Demonstrated ability in data collection and analysis for program improvement.
- Proficient in social media management for promoting programs and engaging audiences.
