Big Air Bolingbrook is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help lead day-to-day operations at our brand-new family entertainment park. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how the park runs — from pre-opening through launch and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Supervise, schedule, and support Team Members during shifts
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with park policies
- Assist with inventory, equipment checks, and facility maintenance coordination
- Onboard and train new Team Members during the pre-opening period
- Help coordinate birthday parties, group events, and special promotions
- Step in to resolve guest concerns and escalations
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or entertainment management preferred
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable with scheduling, basic reporting, and operational systems
- Available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Schedule & Pay
- $18.00/hour
- Part-time during pre-opening (first month) — supporting setup, hiring, and training
- Transitions to full-time once the park opens
