As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to introduce wireless devices, internet services, and AT&T service plans that fit their lifestyle and connectivity needs. We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate:
- Engage directly with customers to create a positive and professional experience
- Assist customers with wireless devices, upgrades, accessories, and AT&T service plans
- Explain AT&T products, promotions, and wireless solutions based on customer needs
- Answer customer questions and guide customers through the sales process
- Process activations, upgrades, and account updates accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed on current wireless technology trends, promotions, and product updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Support daily operations while contributing to a team-oriented sales environment
- Work toward individual and team sales goals consistently
Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Associate:
- Previous customer service, sales, hospitality, or people-focused experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow professionally
- Passion for customer service, technology, and sales
