As a personal care attendant with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide mobility assistance, including walking, transferring, and positioning.
- Help with toileting and incontinence care.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Remind clients to take medications.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition.
- Follow the care plan and communicate with supervisors about client needs.
