We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Oakmont, PA 15139 (Preferred)
