Needed skills:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, PCs, CRMs, typing, writing, editing, emailing, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Express.
Performs well under pressure including under a quota sales system.
Assistance with digital and print media especially related to photography, *email, and *social media
Excellent at following instruction and executing follow through.
Great at walking long distances and covering a lot of ground fast.
Has an eye for colors, design, composition, photography, and visual arts.
Ability to take effective notes during skill shares and apply them to scenarios in the field.
Knows how to write a call to action email to followers and send by email blast.
Has easy to listen to and persuasive public speaking skills.
Is a very good writer with strong reading, spelling and grammar skills.
Knows how to keep an organized calendar and notebook.
We are Visiting Animal Friends! Part pet training and part pet sitting business. We offer pack walks off leash on hiking trails for dogs 5 days weekly and animal training 6 days weekly. We are looking for our fourth staff member to support our efforts to serve our pet parent community. Your duties would include the following, plus any others assigned within reason that help the Director of Animal Care function better so they can sell better:
Holding down our postering efforts around town, maintaining our email inbox from website inquiries and booking requests, scheduling meet and greets with our animal caretakers, sending dog training clients to our trainer so the trainer can schedule in-take calls, pitching people and business carding, maintaining some of our online presence, partnering with other small businesses, making our name visible everywhere that they go, and some light cleaning and animal care.
