We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Candela brand of lasers, VI peels, microneedling, and facials, including Diamond Glow and Jet Peel treatments. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills and expertise will be highly valued.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, VI peels, microneedling, and specialized facials.
- Utilize Candela lasers effectively and safely to deliver optimal results for patients.
- Conduct thorough consultations and skin assessments to determine the best treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies to enhance service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid aesthetician and laser technician licenses (NY).
- Proven experience with the Candela brand of lasers and other advanced skincare treatments.
- Strong understanding of skin biology and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Passionate about skincare and committed to providing exceptional client care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
