POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting in the management of the day to day operations of a branch location including contributing to the attainment of sales goals and objectives, ensuring a safe and productive work environment and assisting with the development of employees to ensure a fully trained, motivated and productive team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Assists with the management of the day to day operation of the branch including staff oversight, sales, customer service, safety, maintenance and administration.
· Responsible for contributing to the attainment of sales and profitability goals and objectives for the branch location.
· Assists and directs staff as appropriate.
· Ensures excellence in customer service, by ensuring that equipment is safe and in good working condition and available for customers upon request.
· Holds all staff accountable to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
· Communicates with staff on a regular basis to ensure their understanding of policies and procedures.
· Responds to field calls to address customer and/or equipment needs.
· Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
· Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Along with, or in absence of the Branch Managers, provides supervision of multiple employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws. Assists with training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degreepreferred.
2. CDL license highly preferred.
3. One to three years of prior supervisory experience within the energy services, water logistics or other customer service related field preferred.
4. Self-starter with creative problem solving skills and excellent follow through.
5. Must be able to travel as required.
COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Must possess moderate level skills in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office Suite software, including Excel, Word and email.
EQUIPMENT USAGE:
Preference for working knowledge and experience necessary to operate water logistics and traffic equipment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must have ability to read and comprehend a basic level of instructions, create correspondence and emails to both supervisors and subordinates. Must possess ability to present information one-on- one to customers, management and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Must have ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Must have ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

The work environment is consistent with both an office, a water logistics environment and customer job sites, where temperature levels are variable, noise/dust levels can be high and the individual may be required to operate various types of equipment, including driving to customer locations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
