Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to ensure surfaces are spotless
- Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to meet health standards
- Laundry and linen management as needed
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle special cleaning requests such as carpet cleaning or upholstery care
- Ensure all areas meet the company's quality standards before completing each job
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ privacy and preferences
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods
- Ability to perform carpet cleaning and basic upholstery maintenance
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on sanitation and cleanliness
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Experience with laundry and housekeeper management is a plus
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the day
