Summary
Quality Assurance Manager:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance team and ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards. This role will also develop and implement effective plans and strategies.
Quality Assurance Manager Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance plans, processes, and procedures
· Develop and maintain quality standards and metrics
· Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement
· Evaluate and audit processes, products, and services to ensure quality
· Ensure compliance with external and internal requirements
· Lead and mentor quality assurance team members
· Partner with other departments and stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and customers are satisfied
· Addresses customer complaints regarding quality, based on investigations, and ensures the timely implementation of related corrective and preventive actions.
· Suppliers Performance management
· Keep informed of industry trends and best practices
Quality Assurance Manager Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering, or related field
· Minimum 8-9 years of experience in Mil/Aerospace industry preferred
· Good knowledge on Electronics manufacturing processes
· Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Strong organizational and leadership skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality assurance software
Authority
- Has the authority to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, and quality system.
- To identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system. To initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
- To verify the implementation of solutions and control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
