Overview:
The Cabinet Gallery is seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Shop Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in custom cabinetry who enjoys working in a fast-paced shop environment and takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry
- Operate and maintain woodworking tools and machinery safely
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to project specifications
- Sand, finish, and prep cabinetry components for installation
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with the team to meet production timelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Experience in custom cabinetry, woodworking, or a related trade preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow within the company
