Job Summary
We are seeking a talented, energetic and career minded individual for our open Kitchen Manager role. This position is crucial to our culinary team and will help the Executive and Sous Chef oversee daily kitchen operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure exceptional food quality, maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction, and support the overall success of our food service establishment. Duties
- Supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Expediting Food in peak hours of shifts.
- Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in overall culinary operation. Help with inventories, ordering and staffing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within fast food, casual dining, or brew pub setting.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems (We use Toast)
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Experience with inventory control, food safety management
- Serv Safe Certification a major plus!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage shift operations smoothly under pressure.
- Basic math skills for order accuracy, cost calculations, and financial analysis related to profit margins.
- Prior experience managing food production processes in quick service.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
