Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Willowood Apartments (Trotwood, OH)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with rotating on-call responsibilities ($100 on-call bonus)
Pay Range: $24-$28/hour based on experience, plus commissions, incentives and hiring bonus
Position Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our community and delivering exceptional service to our residents. This position offers an opportunity to expand your technical skills while contributing to the success of the property.
Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repair work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and other building systems

Complete apartment turns efficiently to prepare homes for new residents

Respond to and complete service requests with a customer-focused approach

Assist in maintaining community appearance, curb appeal, and seasonal grounds care

Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required

Help ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience

Experience with apartment turnovers and general maintenance repairs

HVAC experience preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds maintenance

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized

Comfortable using mobile devices and basic technology

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and basic hand tools required
