What You’ll Be Responsible For
Managing repair orders from check-in to completion
Communicating repair recommendations clearly to customers
Working closely with technicians to ensure accurate timelines
Maintaining strong relationships with both retail and fleet customers
What We’re Looking For
Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to confidently present repair recommendations
Ability to close $1,000+ repair orders consistently
Experience working in a fast-paced shop environment
Team-first mindset
