Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations in a clear, honest, and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates.
- Review completed repairs and invoices with customers upon vehicle pickup.
- Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and transparent communication.
- Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records.
- Work closely with the team to help the shop achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer trust.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with shop management software is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
