We are currently looking for a warm, energetic, and professional Hostess to join our opening team. As the first and last impression of our restaurant, you will play a key role in setting the tone for our guests’ experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with warmth, professionalism, and positive energy
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently using reservation platforms
- Coordinate seating flow with management and service staff
- Maintain organization of the host stand and waiting areas
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries professionally
- Assist in creating a welcoming and elevated dining atmosphere
- Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations
- Support the team during busy service periods when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance and reception area
Qualifications
- Previous hostess or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience with OpenTable and Resy
