Field Project Manager – New Home Construction
Builder company is looking for an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee new home construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors
- Monitor schedules, quality, and jobsite progress
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Ensure work is completed according to plans and company standards
- Resolve field issues and keep projects on schedule
Requirements:
- Experience in new home construction or residential building
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and subcontractors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
