What You’ll Do
- Keep an eagle eye on swimmers and maintain a safe pool environment
- Enforce pool rules with a friendly, professional approach
- Respond to emergencies with CPR, First Aid, and heroic flair
- Perform routine pool and deck maintenance and water quality checks
- Help patrons with questions, directions, or a warm smile
- Participate in training sessions to stay sharp and confident
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, documenting actions taken.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain/renew all necessary certifications by May 15th, 2026
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues
- Friendly, communicative, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends & holidays
- Bonus points: previous experience in guest services or basic pool maintenance
- Ability to lift heavy objects as required for pool maintenance tasks.
