Job Summary:
- Perform physical therapy patient care and complete documentation in a timely manner and within insurance guidelines.

Demonstrate critical thinking skills and reasoning processes in carrying out physical therapy plans of care (i.e., appropriate decision-making skills).

Assure physical therapy patient charges and productivity reports are performed accurately and in a timely (daily) manner.

Demonstrate organizational time management by completing physical therapy work in a timely manner, utilizing available staff and resources, and not incurring any unapproved overtime.

Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional physical therapy patient/guest experiences.

Uphold and promote physical therapy patient safety and quality.
Education:
Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy and currently licensed in the state of Alabama.
Experience:
New graduate accepted; experienced outpatient therapist preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Good computer skills for documentation.
