Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Local Coordinators and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee recruitment and collaborate within the Placement Department.
- Provide weekly status reports and promote a positive company culture.
Skills
- 5+ years' experience placing J1 high school exchange students in host homes and public schools.
- Managerial experience
- Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of DOS and CSIET standards.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $4,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
