Schedule: M-F day shift
Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
Location: Dayton, OH
Terms: Contract with potential for extension

The QA Associate will support daily Quality Assurance activities, including complaint investigations, documentation review, discrepancy identification, and trend tracking. You’ll collaborate with a Senior Associate on complaint record approvals and contribute to maintaining compliance standards across operations.
Approve quality documents and written procedures
Develop SOPs and other quality-related documentation
Review batch and testing records
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs)
Partner with site personnel to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Prepare and maintain trend analyses
Provide backup support for QA and site operations
Investigate product complaints
Monitor adherence to quality and compliance requirements
Working knowledge of GMP requirements and related guidelines
Experience in Quality Assurance and compliance issue resolution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with quality systems supporting manufacturing and QC operations
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
