Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff from this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this specific facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days during the assignment; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per assignment

RTO requests must be spread out and will not be approved for consecutive days during holiday periods
