Position Overview
We are looking for motivated, coachable, and driven individuals to be part of our amazing team as Independent Insurance Brokers. This is a 1099 opportunity ideal for entrepreneurs, educators, or anyone looking to build a flexible, high-income career in the financial industry.
No prior experience is required: We provide training, mentorship, and licensing support!
What You’ll Do
- Educate clients on financial concepts and insurance solutions
- Help families with life insurance, IULs, annuities, and protection plans
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and social media
- Work independently while being supported by a leadership team
