We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Manager for our Plumbing Division to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our Plumbing Division while creating a safe and positive working environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments and divisions to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Determine whether all workers are properly trained, qualified, and comply with required job and safety standards.
- Solid understanding of Business Principles and Financial Management and be able to report job results to management team.
- Be familiar with the work methods and practices of HVAC and plumbing industry.
- Know the applicable occupational hazards and be familiar with practices to control or remove them.
- Be able to communicate professionally and effectively with workers and co-workers.
- Be able to identify and manage issues that arise related to HVAC and plumbing operations.
- Supervise workers engaged in tasks such as excavation, snaking, jetting, grading, basic to advanced plumbing, repair of residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid KY Journeyman Plumber License.
- Backflow Prevention License preferred.
- Minimum (3) years management experience required.
